Chesterfield Farms, llc, suppliers of ECOsoils(TM) produces growing media for planting, green roof applications, and media used in bio-retention and for storm water management.

Blended media is used for a variety of applications. Products requested in blended media may include any of the following: Clay Loam, Compost, CR-6, Hardwood Bark Mulch, Lightweight Aggregates, Pine Bark / Fines, Perlite, Sand, Silt, Solite, Stalite, Topsoil, and Vermiculite. Ingredients, particle size and product ratios are determined by a landscape architect to best suit the application and environment. All requests for blended media should be made in advance, in writing and may be faxed to : 410-721-2031. All products are available in bulk and are available for pick-up or delivery.

By itself, the Compost we produce at Chesterfield Farms, llc, is a beneficial soil amendment, potting blend and mulch giving plants an advantage by increasing nutrients, water availability and reducing disease pressure. Our Topsoil is a Horticultural grade blend that is an excellent product for establishing a new lawn, and seed growth for plantings. Our soils are routinely tested at an independent lab for quality and consistency.

To reach our yard, make a right (from Odenton) or a left if coming from Bowie at the light at Cronson Boulevard, continue over a small bridge, bearing to the left, the yard is located on the right.
